Reservations

  •  

    How to a make a reservation for parking?

    Visit https://booking.peachyairportparking.com to make a reservation and obtain the best rates. There are also links to make a reservation on the Peachy Airport Parking website.

  •  

    Do you charge a reservation fee?

    No. Unlike some other parking providers, Peachy does not charge a reservation fee and there are no hidden fees or taxes.

  •  

    Amending a reservation

    Reservations made directly via the Peachy Airport Parking website can be amended up to two hours in advance of arrival. To amend a reservation, use the “manage my booking” section in your reservation email confirmation. Your original reservation will be refunded back to your credit card and you will be able to resubmit payment. Early Bird products are non-amendable.

    Cancelling a reservation

    You can cancel your reservation up to four hours in advance of arrival. When cancelling a reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $7.50. This applies only to reservations made directly via the Peachy Airport Parking website

    Accessing the parking facilities with your reservation

    You will receive a QR code in your email confirmation. Please scan this into the barcode reader at the entry and exit lane for access. You can scan your QR code via your phone or print it out.

    If you have entered your license plate number the entry and exit gates will automatically open if you are within your reservation time frame.

    Overstaying a reservation

    If you need to extend your trip, no problem. You can overstay your reservation period pay the drive-up rate at the exit for the overstay period. You may also make a follow-on reservation for the extra days, starting with the day after the last day of your initial reservation.  Please give both reservations to the exit clerk when you return. Do not scan out with your original QR code.

    QR code not showing in your email confirmation

    Go to the “manage my booking” section on your email confirmation and you can view your QR code in there. Alternatively, you can forward the email confirmation to a non-Yahoo or non-AOL email account (e.g., Gmail, GMX, Hotmail) and the QR code should display in there. You may need to allow it to download pictures for it to display.

    Are reservations refundable if I come back early?

    You cannot shorten the number of days on your booking once you have already started on your trip (please see the “Terms and Conditions”), however, if you have a special circumstance, please contact info@peachyairportparking.com

    Groupon

    For Groupon reservations, please make sure you are using the Groupon link https://groupon.booking.peachyairportparking.comand enter the redemption code in the promo code section, starting with GRP or Groupon exactly as it appears on your voucher. If we do not have any Groupon reservations available for the dates you are looking for, the reservation will not go through as we have limited Groupon reservations available. Groupon reservations cannot be cancelled or amended. To guarantee a parking space, more flexibility and a better parking rate, customers are advised to book directly through the main Peachy Airport Parking website. Groupon promo codes will not work on the main Peachy website. Additional days are at the posted rates.

    Peachy Rewards

    Creating a Peachy Rewards Account

    You can create a rewards account by going to the Rewards section at the top of the homepage of Peachy Airport Parking website. Click on ‘Login to Peachy Rewards’ to create an account.  You do not need a number.

    Earning Rewards Points

    For every dollar spent at Peachy for parking, you will earn 5 Peachy rewards points. Please use the email address associated with your rewards account when making a reservation to earn points automatically. For points earned for payments at the exit, please send a copy of your exit receipt to rewards@peachyairportparking.com from your rewards account email address. If you don’t use the email address associated with your rewards account when making a reservation, you will not receive your points.

    When will my points be loaded to my account?

    Points for Peachy online reservations will be uploaded into your rewards account in the following month after they were earned.

    Redeeming Peachy Rewards Points

    To redeem points, please email Peachy at rewards@peachyairportparking.com from your rewards account email address and provide following information:

    ·    The number of free days of parking you are seeking to redeem

    ·    Your trip dates and times of entry and exit.

    ·    The parking product you wish to use (valet, indoor, outdoor, or covered).

    ·    800 points equals one free day for Valet Lot 4.

    ·    650 points equals one free day for Indoor Lot 4.

    ·    580 points equals one free day for Covered Lot 2.

    ·    480 points equals one free day for Outdoor Lot 1.

    You will be sent a promo code to use when making your online reservation that will discount your reservation by the requested number of Peachy Reward days.

    Does Peachy offer business or travel agency accounts?

    Yes, we offer corporate accounts for businesses and travel agencies

    How do I sign up to receive a corporate account discount?

    Please email info@peachyairportparking.com to request a corporate account and provide details of your business in your email.

    How do make a reservation through my corporate account?

    If your corporate account is approved, you will be sent a unique booking link through which you will make your reservations.

    Parking Lot Information

    Is Peachy open 24 hours?

    Yes, Peachy operates and our shuttles are running 24 hours a day, seven days a week to both the domestic and International terminals.

    Do I need to make a reservation, or can I just drive up?

    You can drive up on the day of your trip but its best to make a reservation to lock in your price and guarantee a space.

    Can I pay on exit at Peachy?

    Yes, you can pay at exit with a debit/credit card or tap to pay.

    Obtaining a receipt from payments made via Parkonect tower at exit?

    Receipts can be obtained at getmyreceipt.com

    How far is Peachy from the airport?

    Peachy is located north of ATL airport and is a two-minute shuttle ride from the domestic and international terminals. You’ll find the location’s detailed and maps on our website.

    Does Peachy offer covered parking?

    Yes, Peachy offers covered parking in Lot 2 and Atlanta’s only indoor parking in Lot 4 at our locations on Sylvan Road, Exit 75 off I85 and turn right.

    How can I get directions to Peachy?

    Getting to and from Peachy is easy. You’ll find your location’s detail and helpful maps on the website. Email confirmations for reservations also include directions and instructions for the parking facilities.

    Do you have car wash facilities?

    We offer a complete line of detail and car wash services while you are away. Please remember to leave your keys and fill out the envelope when you arrive. You will need to choose the service and pay online for this service in advance when making a parking reservation.

    Does Peachy provide motorcycle parking?

    Yes, you may park in any of our spaces.

  •  

    Are there any height or vehicle restrictions?

    If your vehicle is oversized or has a trailer, we can accommodate you in our outdoor lot (Lot 1).  We do also have large parking spaces specially designated for trucks and SUVs in the covered (Lot 2) area which can be reserved online. Our indoor parking facility (Lot 4) has an entrance height limitation of 9 feet.

    Does Peachy allow “in/out” parking privileges within a day of parking?

    No. Parking fees are calculated from the time your vehicle enters Peachy and are due at the time your vehicle departs. If you make a reservation, the total for your stay is charged at the time the reservation is made. Any overage will be due at the exit.

    Are Peachy facilities equipped with Electric Vehicle charging stations?

    Yes, we offer indoor Electric Car Charging Level 1 with your cord in Lot 4, and New Level 2 Charging in Building A of Covered Parking Lot 2. They can be reserved online for peace of mind.  Please bring your cord for indoor level 1 charging in Lot 4.

    Does Peachy offer monthly or annual parking rates?

    Does Peachy offer handicap assistance?

    Yes. For Handicapped assistance please call 404-767-7275 or text 678-400-2544. You can also select the Handicapped option when making a reservation.

    What if my vehicle will not start?

    We have jumper boxes and air for tires on site.  The supervisors will be able to assist you.  You will be asked to sign a waiver.  We also have fuel for sale at the pumps on the outdoor lot. (Lot 2)

    What if I have lost my keys?

    Please ask the supervisors to check lost and found in case they were left on the lot or in the bus.  The supervisors have the numbers to several 24-hour locksmiths that can come to the parking lot and make a key for your vehicle.

    What if I have lost an item that I think I may have left on the bus or on the ground?

    We have a lost and found located on the Outdoor lot (Lot 1).  Please call 404-767-7275 and ask for a Supervisor.

    Do children have to be in a car seat on the bus? 

    No, they are not required to be in a car seat.

    Can I take my service dog or animal on the bus?

    Yes, if it is controlled or in a carrier.

    What are Peachy’s rates?

    Prebook online to get best rates. Online parking rates vary depending by dates, stay duration and length of time before arrival.

    How are rates calculated?

    Rates are calculated based on your length of stay starting with your time of arrival.

    What forms of payment does Peachy accept?

    We accept all major credit cards. Cash is no longer accepted. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    Are there any taxes and/or fees in addition to the parking fees?

    None.

    Shuttle Service

  •  

    How often do shuttles run?

    A free 24-hour shuttle service runs on a continuous loop to and from the domestic terminals, both North and South.

    Shuttles run to the International Terminal every half hour, on the hour and half hour, 24 hours per day There is a live map on the website which identifies the exact location of each shuttle bus at any time.

    Will the shuttle driver assist me with my luggage?

    Yes, your shuttle driver will gladly assist you with loading luggage on and off the shuttle.

    Will the Shuttle driver pick me up at my vehicle or in a designated pick-up area?

    Shuttles will pick you up at your parking space and return you back to your parking space.  You will receive a “Space Locator” slip that has your space number on it and your lot designation.  Please keep the slip to give to your driver upon your return. It is a good idea to take a picture of the slip.

    Where do I wait for the shuttle to pick me up when I return?

    Upon DOMESTIC return follow the Off Airport Shuttles signs to the North Terminal and take the escalator down one level (near the American baggage claim), exit the building and the buses will be staged to the right.

    Wait in the designated area and look for the Green Peachy Shuttle bus marked INDOOR BUS, COVERED BUS, or OUTDOOR BUS depending on where you parked. The Peachy Shuttle buses run 24 hours per day. You may also text for pick-up direct to the dispatcher at (678) 400-2544. Please include your last name, number in your party, and your designated lot.

    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. Shuttle buses run to and from the International Terminal every 30 minutes on the hour, 24 hours per day on the hour and half hour. Pick up will be on the lower level at the Orange 2 “Park-Ride Shuttle” sign. You may also text for pick-up direct to the dispatcher at (678) 400-2544. Please indicate that you are at the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL and include your last name and number in your party.

    Please note, we do not go to the International terminal from the outdoor lot (Lot 1), only from the indoor (Lot 4) and covered (Lot 2) lots.
